The farmhouse stands on the hill from which it takes its name, in a position that offers a privileged view over the entire Casenuove valley and the surrounding hills of Osimo. Walking among the rows of Montetorto’s vineyard, you can reach in just a few minutes an archaeological site of great interest, where the remains of an ancient Roman rural villa are preserved and open to visitors—a perfect testament to the abundance of these hills and to the intense agricultural activity carried out by their inhabitants more than two thousand years ago.

The property was created right here, within an ancient manor farmhouse, with a historic cellar on the ground floor that is still in operation. Every detail tells the story of the place, preserving the rustic and original soul of the house.

We are always happy to organise winery visits and tastings of our wines and olive oil for our guests.

The House

The entire farmhouse is at the guests’ complete disposal and offers:

The Rooms

Cozy and very spacious, the house offers four bedrooms with a total of ten comfortable beds, arranged as follows:

• Two double bedrooms

• Two double bedrooms with an extra single bed

The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge, with the option to change them for stays longer than a week. In the bathrooms, you will find dispensers with high-quality personal care products carefully selected by us.

Osimo, Ancona, Recanati, Offagna, Jesi, and the Verdicchio hills are all reachable in less than half an hour by car from Montetorto.
